Consulting Services to address areas like process improvement, test strategy development, test automation, risk-based test strategies, near-shore and offshore outsourcing, software vendor qualification/selection and management. Our consulting services also include in-house and vendor software development process assessments against international best practice.

Where appropriate to meet the needs of the customer, we provide a complete Managed Service. We take turnkey responsibility for full or part life cycle testing to predefined performance standards, underpinned by a comprehensive Service Level Agreement and supported by well proven methods and tools. These assignments frequently include both functional and non-functional testing. Management and support of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and systems integration testing are other key services provided. Where systems development is outsourced to a 3rd party, either locally or offshore, we provide a Vendor Quality Management service to ensure that systems are delivered to specification.

Our Resourcing Division offers a diverse range of resources and skills to supplement in-house testing and Software QA resources on a short-term or long-term basis. A key feature of our resourcing model is our ability, with over 80 professionals, to provide most specialist skills on an 'as needed' basis. Unlike traditional short-term resourcing models, all our resources have the ability to leverage the knowledgebase and expertise of the consulting practice and access to our risk-based methodology, TestControl^TM.

We offer Training Courses, in-house and public, in all aspects of software QA, testing and validation to internationally certified standards including ISEB, CMMI, FDA and ISO.
