We draw heavily on the "learning by doing" principle. For many of our two-day courses the second day is in workshop format, where participants actually apply the approach before leaving the classroom environment and can see the practical issues that arise and apply suitable solutions. We encourage participants to apply the principles and practices to their own projects during the workshop.

We offer an ongoing mentoring service to support course participants when they return to the workplace.
