At Insight, we have put together a Software Productivity Improvement (SPI) package to address all of the issues on a broad front.

The package includes:

Process Evaluation: A 3-day evaluation of current process against best practice
Competence Building : Attendance at an official ISEB Foundation or Practitioner course
Test Methodology: An enterprise licence to use TestControl™, Insight's risk-based testing methodology
Process Improvement Implementation Support: Consulting services consisting of planning, mentoring and support for a process improvement initiative based on the process evaluation outcome.

Specific packages have been configured to meet the needs of organisations of different size.

Our Standard SPI package is suitable for small and medium organisations, while our Enterprise SPI offering is appropriate for slightly larger enterprises. However, our consultants will be delighted to configure an individual offering to meet your specific needs.
