Supplier Quality Management

This incorporates support for supplier selection including supplier auditing, contractual support including acceptance criteria definition, supplier monitoring and technical review of key deliverables such as test strategies/plans/cases/results, and (as part of a managed service) managing and performing acceptance testing of supplied software.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Our consultants have expertise in interpreting the requirements of regulations such as FDA CFR Part 11, Sarbanes-Oxley, Basel II and MiFID for IT practices and controls and in particular for IT quality and testing.
